  • Current tenants that are in good standing with Sonora Home Rentals will receive preferential treatment in acquiring a different rental that is also managed by Sonora Home Rentals.  You would not (in most cases) be required to re-apply.  Your reconciled deposit can be transferred to your new rental with minimum fuss.  Let us know if you are considering "moving on up" and let us assist you in that move!  Email Gerri.
