If you are ready to move forward with Silver Service at Sonora/Calaveras Home Rentals, here are some instructions;

1. Fill out the information form and mail it with your check to the address below.

2. Email or mail a CD 7 photos in JPEG format of the property, each no larger than 640x480.

One outside front picture, angle depicting front door, no vehicles in driveway.

One or two of kitchen from different angles

One or two of living room & or den/office

One of any special feature of the house

One of the view or yard

Make sure all lights are on, blinds are closed and flash gives bright, light pictures.

3. When you have decided on a tenant, Sonora/Calaveras Home Rentals will take care of the contract and necessary informational & permission letters. You will retain the original application and contract along with copies of all permission and informational letters.
