Screen Applicants
Potential tenants will contact Sonora Home Rentals. They will be pre-screened with a credit check, job verification, references, rental history and a background check which checks for prior evictions, the Sex Offender Database, criminal history and even the terrorist watch list.
Write Your Contract
We will write your Lease/Rental contract between you and your new tenants utilizing the latest legal forms, disclosures & addendums required. Sonora/Calaveras Home Rentals will also provide forms and letters to the tenants with utilities information. When your new tenants are in place and settled, we will forward your contract and the tenant deposit.
