Screen Applicants

Potential tenants will contact Sonora Home Rentals.  They will be pre-screened with a credit check, job verification, references, and rental history.  Showing of the property will be the sole responsibility of the owner or the owner's representative.

Write Your Contract

We will write your Lease/Rental contract between you and your new tenants utilizing the latest legal forms, disclosures & addendums required.  Sonora/Calaveras Home Rentals will also provide forms and letters to the tenants with utilities information.
