HandyWorks services regularly performed for Sonora
Home Rentals listed below are fee-based and are not included in the 10% paid
to Sonora Home Rentals. Invoices are submitted to Sonora or Calaveras Home Rentals which are reflected in your
monthly statement.
Bi-annual maintenance checks are performed at a
base cost of $40 to keep your rental in tip-top shape.
Maintenance workers also note if the home and yard are well-kept and
if there are any unauthorized pets or visitors.
All rentals have their chimneys cleaned in
the fall.
