created from the need for reliable maintenance for Sonora Home Rental's
contracted clients in Tuolumne County,
California. Lyle Lough was working as a handyman but did not like the
restrictions placed on that job description, so he passed the California General
Contractor examination. HandyWorks is available for contracted work
outside of Sonora Home Rentals scope of practice.
Lyle is a Licensed General Contractor (License #859951) in California and the owner of HandyWorks. He is skilled in remodel and maintenance. He runs a crew of
skilled workers to keep your rental in tip-top condition.
HandyWorks services regularly performed for Sonora
Home Rentals listed below are fee-based and are not included in the 10% paid
to Sonora Home Rentals.
Most invoices are submitted to Sonora or Calaveras Home Rentals and are reflected in your
monthly statement. Large jobs that have been are billed directly to the
owner.

Semi-annual maintenance checks are performed to keep your rental in tip-top shape.
Maintenance workers also note if the home and yard are well-kept and
if there are any unauthorized pets or visitors.

All rentals have their chimneys cleaned in
the fall.
