Screen Applicants

Potential tenants will contact Sonora Home Rentals.  They will be pre-screened with a credit check, job verification, references, and rental history.  The credit check cannot be shared with the owner, but we will give our professional recommendation as to their viability as a tenant.  Showing of the property will be the sole responsibility of the owner or the owner's representative.
