If the building is unlocked, we have a secure box
on our outer office wall. If not, there is a secure mailbox
across the parking lot labeled #105.

We do not charge an application fee.
After we have received the application we will be happy to show you any
property you may be interested in.
- If, after the showing, we decide to move
forward, we will contact you with credit and background check information
which will cost $30 per married couple or $30 each unmarried occupant over
the age of 18 (except dependent children).

- The background check includes
sex offender status,
- criminal history, prior
eviction and terrorist watch list.
If your situation requires a co-signor,
they will need to fill out an application as well Credit will be run
on the co-signor, not the tenant.
