full-time rental properties they do not own. Fines for those acting as
a Real Estate Broker range up to $10,000 per property. A
Real Estate Broker is subject to the discipline of the California State
Department of Real Estate. They are also required to attend classes to
maintain their license which keeps them updated on current Real Estate
law.

Gerri Lough is a Real Estate Broker and an experienced Realtor.
Gerri also has many years of customer
service and office management coupled with advanced computer skills.
She serves as webmaster and general manager of the business.
ABOUT LYLE:
Gerri’s husband, Lyle Lough, is a Licensed General Contractor and the owner of
HandyWorks.
He is not only good with his hands, Lyle utilizes his Masters in Physics
to teach part-time at the local community college. He is skilled in
remodel and maintenance. He runs a crew of skilled workers to keep your
rental in tip-top condition.
HandyWorks
services are fee-based and are not included in the 10% paid to Sonora
Home Rentals.
LEVELS
OF SERVICE: Due to popular demand, we are extending our
services to include 2 levels -
Full
service and on-going property management including
advertisement, rental preparation, screening applicants,
collecting rents, paying outstanding bills, issuing monthly and
annual statements, online access to your account, maintenance
assistance, Unlawful Detainer services
and Move-in/Move-out services.
 Accept
applications, screen the applicants, complete all related paperwork,
then turn the tenant and property over to you.
Our track record of
quality, good-paying tenants and long term Owner relationships speaks
for itself. Vacancy factors are low (6% or below) due to complete
pre-qualification of tenants.
